BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL BOOKING RULES

1.1. All bookings must be paid in advance to be confirmed.

1.2. Access to facilities will only be granted once full payment has been received.

1.3. All bookings are subject to availability.

1.4. Customers must have a valid account and agree to our Terms and Conditions when booking.

2. BOOKING TYPES

2.1. Ad Hoc Bookings:

2.1.1.Can be made up to 7 days in advance.

2.1.2.Must be paid in full at the time of booking.

2.2. Block Bookings:

2.2.1.Require a minimum commitment of 10 weeks.

2.2.2.Payment must be made at least 7 days before each session.

2.2.3.Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of the full remaining block booking.

2.2.4.We will make reasonable efforts to notify you if a payment is overdue.

3. PRICING

3.1. All bookings are charged at the price displayed at the time of payment.

3.2. We are unable to honour incorrect prices resulting from technical or system errors.

4. PAYMENT METHODS

4.1. We accept debit/credit cards (excluding American Express)

4.2. Cash payments are accepted in person only. All payments are processed securely. We do not store card details.

5. CHANGING ROOM BOOKINGS

5.1. Changing rooms can be booked up to 7 days in advance, subject to availability. A £10 refundable deposit is required.

5.2. Deposits will only be refunded if the area is left clean and undamaged.

5.3. Refunds will be processed after a post use inspection by staff.

5.4. Refunds may take up to 5 working days to return to your original payment method was authorised.

6. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

6.1. A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to cancel or amend a booking.

6.2. Less than 7 days:

6.2.1.No refunds or rescheduling will be offered.

6.3. 7 days’ notice or more

6.3.1.Bookings may be rescheduled where possible

6.3.2.If rescheduling is not possible, a refund may be issued.

6.3.3.Discounted bookings are non-refundable.

6.3.4.Refunds are issued to the original (lead) booker only.

7. BLOCK BOOKING CANCELLATIONS

7.1. Cancelling any part of a block booking may result in termination of the remaining sessions, in line with these terms.

8. FAILED PAYMENTS

8.1. If payment cannot be successfully processed, the booking will be cancelled and access to the facility cannot be provided.

9. CANCELLATIONS BY US

9.1. If we cancel or amend a booking, a full refund will be provided. We are not liable for additional costs such as travel or inconvenience.

9.2. We will notify you as soon as possible where this occurs.

10. INVOICING

10.1. Invoicing is available for approved customers only and is not suitable for standard online bookings.

10.2. Payment terms will be stated on the invoice.

11. ACCEPTANCE

11.1. By making a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

12. QUERIES AND CHANGES

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

13.1. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the time of booking will apply.
