LU Ford opened in August 2020 and proudly hosts Step 7 games for Wearside Football League and Northern League matches on our full-sized, floodlit pitches, with covered stadium seating.

Our full-sized floodlit 3G pitches are the fields of dreams, played on by the very best local talent. Established FA affiliated teams, to Sunday league teams to fun kick arounds between friends. Whatever your abilities, you deserve the best facilities.

Kick off your footie, sign up for our hotly contested local leagues or tackle a tournament. Pay and play for kids and adults, quarter size pitch hire perfect for five-a-side football, coaching sessions, all-weather training, FA accredited courses, girls and women’s training and teams, kids afterschool clubs, school holiday camps, free parking, on-site café, football parties and even walking football.
