TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOOTBALL PITCH HIRE OFFERS
To redeem this offer all bookers must telephone or visit the relevant Leisure United Hub in person. The offer is valid on quarter, half and full pitch hire bookings for a duration of 60 minutes. This offer is only valid on new bookings of at least four consecutive weeks and cannot be applied to existing bookings. The first booking must take place on or before 31st October 2025. Payment for each four-week booking period must be made in full at least 24 hours before the time of the first booking. Failure to adhere to our payment terms will result in immediate termination of the booking. The pitch allocation will be at the Hub General Manager’s discretion.

To redeem this, offer all bookers must telephone or visit hub in person. The offer is valid when booked in advance for 10 consecutive weeks on commercial pitch hire. The offer is valid on peak and off-peak times, subject to availability. The offer is valid on quarter, half and full commercial pitch hire bookings for 60 minute duration. Payment for any use of a pitch made through a block booking must always be made a minimum of at least 7 days in advance. Failure to adhere to the payment terms will result in immediate termination of the block booking.
WEDNESBURY OPENING OFFERS
Pay and play with Nachos
To redeem a pay and play football session with bowl of nachos, the booker must call Leisure United Wednesbury on or before close of business on Sunday November 2nd. Subject to availability they can redeem a pay and play football session with a bowl of nachos between the redeemable dates of Mon October 20th – Sunday November 2nd between the hours of 9am and 6pm. Multiple pay, play and nacho offers can be redeemed until the end date of the offer, subject to availability. Offer valid for children under 16 years of age and under only. Toppings of bacon bits, jalapeños, sour cream, and salsa can be purchased as an added extra at 55p per portion and cheese sauce is an extra £1 per portion.
Pitches for £10
To redeem a £10 football pitch, the booker must call Leisure United Wednesbury on or before close of business on Sunday October 26th. Subject to availability they can redeem a 60-minute football pitch for the price of £10 between the redeemable dates of Mon October 20th – Sunday 26th October . The pitch allocation will be discretionary of the hub manager based upon the number of active players wishing to participate. Multiple £10 pitch bookings can be redeemed until the end date of the offer, subject to availability.
GENERIC TERMS ALL OFFERS
The pitch allocation will be at the Hub General Manager’s discretion. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Pitch entry is via valid QR code which must be obtained prior to first visit by registering at www.leisureunited.com. Players must wear correct footwear.
Spectators must remain behind the perimeter fencing. Please note footballs are not provided by Leisure United. Please refer to the website www.leisureunited.com for our opening hours.
All visitors must abide by our Code of Conduct which is displayed at each Leisure United Hub. The offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.
